The cost of free

Hello!                                                                                                                                                                  In this assignment we were supposed to find a website or service that was free, and that we use almost daily. We needed to find out what information was being collected from us, what they intend to use the information for, etc. The service I used was Snapchat. And I was quite upset to see what they do with out informations. They sell out informations to business partners and then the business partners send us spam emails or mails us about their product. Also all your messages are being recorded and is kept even if you delete snapchat. I believe that half of the people will stop using snapchat if they find out about what happens to their information.

         Net Neutrality repeal!  This post is from current news and form my knowledge. I am concerned so I thought it was important to write about it.  Foxnews ,  The guradian The FCC(federal communication commissions) repealed Net neutrality that was placed by Obama. What is net neutrality? Net neutrality is when you have free access to the internet. Now you have  each and every website and no one can block you or block content but Now that net neutrality got repealed your access to those information might be reduced or blocked and the government or hosting site have the power. So now people wont be able to write freely on the internet or use it free. government will be watching and it is not good! The internet was successful and used widely because its free and i believe that if net neutrality gets taken out, The use of the internet will be effected in a wide range.
