What is a favicon?
Ans: Favicon stands for favorite icon. It is also knows as shortcut icon, website icon, tab icon, URL icon or bookmark icon.  Its a file containing one or more small icons. Its associated with website or webpage. So f you visit a webpage There will be a little icon or picture representing your page.
How do you make favicon?
Ans: There are many ways you can create a favicon. You can go online and there are free websites where you can make a favicon. Its basically a logo. but instead there will be byte. Like literally bytes. So there will be height and width so you can decide how your favicon will look. Then you color each byte of pixels. so you can create a picture or a figure that represents you or your page. For me I used code.org  so i had to write binary to create my favicon. Because i had a bits per pixel and it was set to 6 so i had to write 1and0 six times and in different order to create or find colors and I made my favicon. there was a log list for its binary

The binary code of my favicon was. The top 3 lines represents width, height and bits per pixel. and the rest is color combination on each cube.

         Net Neutrality repeal!  This post is from current news and form my knowledge. I am concerned so I thought it was important to write about it.  Foxnews ,  The guradian The FCC(federal communication commissions) repealed Net neutrality that was placed by Obama. What is net neutrality? Net neutrality is when you have free access to the internet. Now you have  each and every website and no one can block you or block content but Now that net neutrality got repealed your access to those information might be reduced or blocked and the government or hosting site have the power. So now people wont be able to write freely on the internet or use it free. government will be watching and it is not good! The internet was successful and used widely because its free and i believe that if net neutrality gets taken out, The use of the internet will be effected in a wide range.
